Japan Outreach
Winter 2010 (Exact Dates TBA)
Compact, condensed, call it what you want. It's CROWDED! Geared
especially for men, (others are, of course, welcome) the purpose of this mid-winter outreach
is to aid established missionaries in their work. Visit and work
alongside the church planting ministry in Chiba,
spend time with the children at Kiwi Kids Christian Pre-School, Live
and work in the center of Tokyo, the world's largest and most crowded
city, assisting the work of a full-service coffee house in Ginza, where "English Lunch" is a specialty. Then move to the area near Mt. Fuji to work with the more
established Living Way Church in Shizuoka and encourage and provide
practical help for Ai no Kesshin, the ministry to women and children in
crisis.
Meet the missionaries, combine evangelism, language & culture learning, community English teaching with practical service, using the work, the travel and the pressurized
lifestyle to supercharge Discipleship. It's a very busy three weeks of
ministry and personal growth. Cost of the outreach is $2400.00. Contact Bill Stapleton for
details. Japan Web Resources: View Maps & Information on Japan Video: Cherry Blossom Snapshots Video: Inside a Japanese Tea Garden Video: Over-the-Top, Non-Stop Tokyo
