On this page  are links to all the forms and publications that have to do with our short-term projects.  Download the Application and Participation Agreement to join  one of our outreaches.  Simply download the  two forms, print them and fill Ahem out by hand, then turn them in to your team leader.  After your outreach is finished, we'd like to hear from you.  Download the Feedback Form and fill it out, then put it into a sealed envelope and give it to your outreach leader.

If you're applying for consideration of support for an outreach with another organization (not YCC Global Outreach), you may apply online.  Fill out the form linked below and when you're finished, click on SUBMIT and the information will be sent to the YCC Global Outreach board.  While you're at it, print the Pastoral Reference Form and give it to your pastor, asking him to mail it to YCC Global Outreach12954 Bryant St.  Yucaipa, CA 92399.
