All scheduled meetings of the YCC Global Outreach board are held at 12:30 PM on the YCC campus in room W-2, unless otherwise publicized.  Regular meetings occur on the 2nd Sunday of each month, but may be preempted by holidays or other scheduling conflicts.  Check the calendar or call a member of the Executive Committee to be sure.  Dates and Agendas are tentative and incomplete.  As always, issues will arise which may necessitate changes in agendas or setting of extraordinary meeting dates.  For details, or to request addition of an item to the next meeting agenda, contact the chair person, Bill Stapleton.
